I know winter is getting to be quite a bummer and making it hard to be positive about anything.. but there have been some sweet shows lately!

Love at the Glove was weird, and may have been better, but was fun.


Mary's B'day party was so cool, and shithawk sounded awesome. Plus best cake EVER.


And Velvet Davenport was soo good at the skihouse last week, I can't stop listening to their tape.

Plus Plaza Records has been having shows that are fun..

MWMF benefit show at GATSBYS II was crazy..

Still can't stop thinking about that set that Drunk Virago played at the Swamp a month or so ago..

Roller Derby this weekend was cool, those girls kick ass..

Dude Ranch had their first show last night and it was cool, wtf basement has a hallway?

Plus there are a lot of sweet shows coming up! SUMMER COME HOME.

Tweak Bird has flown South for the winter and is on tour back up towards us. Resident C'dale filmmaker Brett Haley is on the road with them documenting the voyage.


They just finished recording a new record, and have posted one of the new songs on their mypace. Quite a jam.
