Mondo Cave

There is a KILLER show happening this Thursday at Hangar (ignore that that pretty flier says the 11th.. it's the 10th).. Mondo Drag, CAVE, and Drunk Virago will be tearing that place a new one, with a night full of heavy, kraut-y, psychedelic rock n roll jams. Drunk Virago has a new line-up and a new set of songs, and what we've heard is pretty tight. Mondo Drag will be back in town (they played at skihaustoberfest last fall) while they're on their way to SXSW. They have a new EP that was released yesterday, and you'll be able to get one at the show. CAVE is making the short trip from Chicago to Carbondale for the first time, and we could not be more psyched about it. They kill it live, and they have an awesome EP that came out last spring via Drag City, and they're about to drop a full-length on Drag City this fall. This show is definitely worth the meager $4, come get psyched with us!
